Gainor in NYC is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to join their team. This executive role will lead the design and administration of all benefit plans, drive competitive compensation strategies, and align rewards with business goals.

The position is fully onsite at their Midtown Manhattan office. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal and Payroll, develop wellness initiatives, conduct market analyses, oversee annual salary reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years’ experience in benefits management/administration.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or related platform.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.

Salary Range: $125,000 – $155,000 based on experience
