Job summary

CPower Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Alliances on the East Coast to drive strategic partnerships and integration initiatives. The role emphasizes alliance governance, partner enablement, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and operations.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in sales/business development, a deep energy market network, and proven ability to close contracts while maintaining favorable terms.

Qualifications

• 10 years proven sales/business development experience with quota achievement.
• Strong network in C&I industries and vendor/client experience.
• Experience with energy management software or controls/automation is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage alliance terms effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish a technical integrations requirements roadmap with senior field leadership.
• Identify, pursue, and manage strategic alliance relationships and contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to coordinate collateral and lead generation activities.
• Lead alliance performance reviews and adjust goals with CPower leadership.
