Job summary
BrightShore Mortgage seeks a Director of Technology & Innovation to lead the technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development across internally built systems and services. You will guide AI initiatives, data integrations, and automation to enhance borrower experience and operational efficiency.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong governance, and the ability to scale technology as BrightShore grows, partnering with executives to prioritize initiatives and manage risks
Qualifications
- Senior technology leader with comprehensive experience in setting technology strategy, governance, and roadmaps.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, vendors, and complex projects.
- Deep knowledge of AI, automation, data integrations, and security controls.
- Experience building scalable, secure, and well-documented IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology roadmap aligned with BrightShore’s growth and client needs.
- Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
- Drive AI, automation, and interoperability across borrower/client applications.
- Establish disciplined SDLC practices, change and release management.
- Develop metrics to measure performance, availability, and security posture.
- Mentor and manage technology team; coordinate with vendors and partners.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and incident response readiness.
