Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field or equivalent demonstrated ability.
Demonstrated passion for technology, automation, and solving business problems.
Experience developing software, applications, automations, dashboards, or technical projects using modern programming languages or platforms.
Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, web technologies, business intelligence tools, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
Experience leveraging AI platforms and development tools to accelerate software development, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Partner with business units to understand operational challenges and rapidly develop practical technology solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy internal applications, dashboards, utilities, workflows, and automation solutions.
Create intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex operational processes.
Develop web-based tools, portals, and workflow enhancements to improve productivity.
Write and maintain SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and BI solutions.
