• Drive development of program roadmaps aligned to business objectives and dependencies.
• Lead cross-platform technical investments and ensure architectural alignment for platform convergence.
• Escalate risks at executive levels and guide data-driven tradeoffs between speed, cost and resiliency.
• Ensure measurable platform outcomes and accountability across multiple engineering teams.
