Responsibilities

• Turn executive intent into structured programs with milestones and owners.
• Run steering committees, advisory teams, and weekly updates.
• Drive actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies; remove obstacles.
• Serve as trusted extension to the SVP in executive forums.
• Lead integration from announcement through steady state; coordinate teams.
• Maintain the integration V2MOM and planning calendar.
• Ensure employee experience milestones land well for incoming team.
• Manage multi-workstream federal implementations from discovery to delivery.
