Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director, Technical Program Management (Security) to lead critical cyber security programs across Identity and Access, Data Security, Network Security, and more. You will partner with executives and engineers to align security initiatives with roadmap priorities and drive execution with strong program governance.

The ideal candidate excels at communicating with stakeholders at all levels, managing large, complex projects, and delivering data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years (Director, TPM) of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience.
• 5+ years of conducting and leading SaaS product development programs.
• Deep understanding of cyber security and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on orientation.
• Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; agile methodologies.
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical program planning and delivery across security domains.
• Define program requirements and work with engineering to break down tasks.
• Translate objectives into execution strategy and lead execution.
• Develop trusted relationships with technology leaders to drive strategic objectives.
• Create executive-level program reporting with data and blockers.
• Partner with product and engineering using agile methodologies to deliver value.
• Foster a collaborative environment promoting transparency and innovation.
• Remove obstacles to keep programs moving toward objectives.
• Provide go-to leadership and visibility to the Technology & Products org.
• Grow by seeking feedback and adapting.
• Understand and streamline end-to-end processes.
• Be a thought leader to advance product and technology strategy globally.
