Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for GovCloud to own program strategy and execution for government-focused builds.

You will coordinate across product, engineering, security, and operations to turn strategic objectives into executable plans and manage key dependencies. This onsite role in Herndon, VA requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 4+ years leading complex SaaS/PaaS initiatives, and strong Agile and stakeholder communication skills to deliver

Qualifications

Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph required.
4+ years of experience managing complex technical SaaS or PaaS initiatives.
Understanding of product and software lifecycles with Agile and traditional PM practices.
Experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams.
Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Establish program structures and align cross-functional teams to GovCloud priorities.
Guide software engineering teams using Agile methods across the lifecycle.
Lead Steering Committee forums to unblock blockers and guide decisions.
Champion business objectives and drive long-term program strategy.
Partner with stakeholders to address release issues and dependencies.
Deliver monthly evaluations and status updates during sprint reviews.
Promote SNS Product and Technology strategy across the enterprise.
