Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Director, Technical Program Management (Security) to lead critical cyber security programs across the Security team.

You will work with engineers, product managers, and executives to drive strategy, governance, and delivery of complex initiatives across identity, data, and cloud security. The ideal candidate is a master communicator with a proven track record managing large projects, fostering ownership, and delivering measurable security outcomes in a high-velocity

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software/engineering management
• 5+ years leading SaaS product development programs
• Deep cybersecurity and risk management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish credibility with senior executives
• Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver technical programs across Identity and Access, Data Security, Network Security, Technical Resilience and Cloud Security
• Define requirements and break down work for engineering teams
• Translate objectives into execution strategy and lead Agile delivery
• Build trusted relationships with technology and functional leaders to drive strategic objectives
• Develop executive-level program reporting with data and clear risk mitigations
• Collaborate with product and engineering to architect effective designs and deliver value quickly
• Foster autonomy, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams
• Remove obstacles to keep programs on track
• Provide leadership, transparency, and visibility to the Technology & Products org
• Be a thought leader shaping global Product & Technology strategy
