Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management or related experience, with enterprise tech exposure.
• Track record leading large cross-functional programs with executive visibility.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations or platform programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to quickly master new technical, commercial and contractual subjects.

Responsibilities

• Turn executive intent into structured programs with clear scope, workstreams, owners, milestones and success measures.
• Run program operating rhythm: steering committees, advisory teams, weekly working teams, executive updates.
• Drive action items, decisions, risks and dependencies across functions and remove obstacles.
• Serve as trusted extension in executive forums and keep leadership ahead of issues.
• Lead integration efforts across business functions and coordinate GovCloud onboarding and contract structures.
