Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a meaningful role at Salesforce in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our Technology, Marketing & Products organizations. TPMs are responsible for programs from beginning to end, ensuring a better workflow and more effective communication. They work closely with executives and key company partners to drive critical programs and activities across the company.
As a key leader, the Director of Technical Program Management for Email and Messaging Platforms will transform Salesforce’s email marketing strategy, technology, and operations. In this high-visibility role, you will manage the current system while building a next-generation agentic email platform powered by Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. You will accelerate product delivery and drive programs to build Agent‑first platforms that showcase Salesforce's capabilities. To succeed, you must align communication across leadership, product, and cross‑functional marketing teams. Supporting objectives critical to the CMO and CDO, this position requires strong executive presence and ability to transform traditional ways of working with AI.

Typical base salary for this position is $171,200 - $273,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range is $205,800 - $298,400 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
