Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
• 7+ years of experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing or SOA
• 3+ years of experience building distributed systems using cloud computing (preferably AWS)
• 3+ years experience building highly scalable products & platforms
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery
• 3+ years delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in building systems in highly regulated environments
• MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
• 3+ years of people management experience or influencing as an IC
• Experience driving platform standardization across multiple product portfolios
• Track record of TPM maturity at scale
• Exceptional communication and influence skills

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the TPM / Delivery strategy: establish operating mechanisms and tooling to scale
• Drive development of and alignment on program roadmap anchored in business objectives and technical solutions
• Lead cross-platform investment planning and ensure architectural alignment toward convergence
• Serve as executive escalation point for program risks and tradeoffs
• Ensure measurable outcomes of platform success across multiple engineering teams
