iRiS Recruiting Solutions in the Southwestern Pennsylvania area seeks a senior engineering leader to own broad technical operations across engineering, EH&S, facilities, and utilities.

You will guide capital projects from scoping to startup, oversee safety programs, and drive improvements in throughput, yield, and equipment utilization in a highly automated environment. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering or technical operations experience.
• 5+ years leading capital projects, expansions, installations, and commissioning.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical or engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley/Rockwell automation.
• Food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
