This role serves as a technical leader responsible for developing innovative controls architectures, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating with customers and stakeholders across domestic and international locations.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, software development, PLC programming, and systems integration, coupled with proven experience leading engineering teams and managing complex global projects.
