Silith is seeking a Director of Technical Marketing to own the technical narrative that drives growth. You will bridge Engineering, Product, and Sales to craft materials, perform competitive analysis, and support design-win opportunities with hyperscalers, semiconductor companies, and OEMs.

You will present the roadmap at conferences, develop data sheets, white papers, and technical blog content, and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure messaging accuracy and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical marketing, applications engineering, or product marketing in semiconductors or optical communications.
• Strong foundation in photonics/optical communications and ability to engage with customer engineering teams.
• Proven track record creating technical content for long-cycle B2B sales.

Responsabilités

• Develop Silith's core technical narrative across silicon photonics, optical interconnect, and AI infrastructure applications.
• Translate technical differentiation into clear, customer-facing messaging and collateral.
• Own technical positioning against competitors and tailor messaging by customer segment.
• Build account-specific technical presentations, white papers, and proof points for strategic engagements.
• Represent Silith at industry conferences with technical demos and talks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging.
