Circle is seeking a Director of Product & Technology Communications to own the company’s media narrative for Arc, Circle Agent Stack, and related platforms. The role embeds with product teams early to influence roadmaps, leads media relations with top tech outlets, and shapes executive thought leadership while coordinating with Public Affairs on crisis and issues management. This is SF or Palo Alto-based.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product or technology communications, in-house at a tech company.
• Track record building product brands, not just launches.
• Deep relationships with Tier 1 tech/business media.
• Experience with developer-facing products and builder/tech communities.
• Familiarity with AI agents, programmable money infrastructure, and related ecosystems.
• Ability to translate technical detail into media-ready positioning.

Responsabilités

• Owns Circle's media narrative and public profile for Arc, Circle Agent Stack, Circle Payments Network, and related products.
• Embeds with product teams early in planning to shape narrative before launch.
• Manage media strategy for launches, executive positioning, and key industry events.
• Develop and own executive speaking programs and thought leadership materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with top tech media and crypto/fintech outlets.
• Collaborate with public affairs and crisis teams on issues affecting Arc and products.
