You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with Weber I/O and Weber Create, and drive integrated campaigns that blend traditional media with social, influencer, and owned content.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in public relations, communications, or journalism with a heavy emphasis on B2B technology in an agency environment.
• Proven track record of securing high-profile placements in top-tier business and technology publications; deep relationships with tech reporters.
• Exceptional ability to connect macroeconomic trends and cultural moments with enterprise tech narratives.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to draft pitches, bylines, press releases, and executive briefing materials.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing junior talent in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, global agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Earned Media Strategy & Execution: Design and execute proactive, integrated earned media campaigns aligning with client objectives; secure top-tier coverage.
• Strategic Client Counsel: Advise senior clients on media landscape shifts, crisis management, and executive visibility opportunities.
• Narrative & Message Development: Translate complex B2B tech into compelling stories for technical decision-makers and business leaders.
• Integrated Collaboration: Work with Weber I/O and Weber Create to ensure machine-readable, SEO-friendly earned media within broader marketing ecosystems.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and analysts in business and tech outlets.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior technology team members across account operations.
• Business Development: Contribute insights and participate in pitches to grow the Tech Practice.
