Joybound seeks a Director of Talent to partner with the CTO and lead HR across learning, recruitment, benefits, performance, and culture. You will design programs, ensure data integrity in Paycom, and supervise the Talent Operations Generalist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Progressive HR management experience across multiple disciplines.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple HR initiatives with strong project management and change management.
• Support Paycom HRIS data integrity and reporting with the CTO.
• Develop process maps, org charts, SOPs, and documentation.
• Provide data, dashboards, and reports to inform decisions.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies and end-to-end recruitment.
