Job summary

Lucchese is seeking a Director of Talent and Performance Enablement to build and lead an integrated talent function from the ground up. You will design and run end-to-end talent processes and develop a capable team across corporate, retail, production, and distribution.

This role reports to the VP of Human Resources and leads talent acquisition, development, and fair, compliant practices. The position manages workforce capability, succession planning, and certification programs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years leading talent management, organizational development, and/or talent acquisition.
• Track record as a player-coach building talent processes in growing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end talent processes across enterprise functions.
• Lead workforce planning, capability development, and leadership frameworks.
• Build apprenticeship, mentoring, and certification programs to preserve craft knowledge.
• Establish performance approaches and coaching to drive people development.
• Partner with Total Rewards to align performance with pay and recognition.
• Manage Talent Acquisition, employer branding, and efficiency metrics.
