Job summary

Lucchese is seeking a Director, Talent and Performance Enablement to build an integrated talent function from the ground up. You will design, run, and scale end-to-end talent processes across corporate, retail, production, and distribution, acting as a true player-coach within a luxury heritage brand.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
10+ years in progressive HR roles, including 5+ years leading talent management, organizational development, and/or talent acquisition.
Experience designing and leading talent processes in multi-site organizations; analytics and HRIS exposure.

Responsibilities

Build and lead end-to-end talent processes across corporate, retail, production, and distribution.
Lead workforce planning, competency framework, and leadership development initiatives.
Guide Talent Acquisition, employer branding, and candidate experience across the enterprise.
Coach leaders, drive performance conversations, and ensure fair, compliant practices.
