The role leads workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives, while overseeing compliance programs and high‑level HR projects. Strong communication and data‑driven decision making are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, I-O Psychology, Education, Adult Learning, Business Admin or related field; or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent professional experience.
• Five years of progressively responsible professional work in talent development, human resources, organizational development, leadership development, or related field.
• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate employee training, professional development, leadership development, and organizational development programs.
• Knowledge of strategic workforce planning, employee engagement and retention, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership capability through supervision or senior‑level responsibility for directing teams, programs, or initiatives.
• Ability to manage projects, analyze data, prepare reports, evaluate program effectiveness, and develop recommendations.

• Lead design and evaluation of training, mentoring, coaching, and professional development programs.
• Oversee onboarding resources and support effective team leadership across departments.
• Drive strategic HR projects, policy development, and compliance training initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipelines to strengthen leadership capacity.
• Provide data-driven insights through workforce reporting and program evaluation to advance institutional goals.
