Stevens Group Inc (SGI) is seeking an experienced Director of Recruiting to lead talent acquisition across SGI and client organizations. This full-time position develops recruiting strategies, guides hiring managers, and ensures a positive and efficient hiring experience.

Responsibilities include building pipelines for critical roles, overseeing postings, screening, interviews, and offers, and using data analytics to improve recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in recruiting, with at least 3 years in leadership or senior TA.
• Proven success developing recruitment strategies for large-scale hiring.
• Proficiency with ATS, MS Office, and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting processes and tools to support hiring needs.
• Partner with executives, hiring managers, and HR to align workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Oversee postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Use data analytics to track metrics and improve efficiency.
• Support employer branding and candidate experience.
