Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years of related experience, to include 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent qualifications may substitute minimum requirements.
• HRCI or SHRM Certification preferred.

• Oversee talent acquisition processes for the entire employment life cycle at NMSU and system institutions and locations.
• Lead efforts to attract, hire, and retain talent with creative recruitment strategies, including AI, social media, and networking.
• Develop and track key metrics aligning with the University's mission and continuous quality improvement for TA processes.
• Oversee new employee orientation and first-year experience programs and participate in the NMSU Leadership Team.
