In this role you'll

• Be a magnet for exceptional talent. Use your strategic thinking and relationship-building superpowers to bring in top talent. Take on our most challenging searches and lead our small but mighty talent team.
• Build a skills-driven talent strategy. Evolve how we assess talent to measure unique human abilities for the things AI can’t, or shouldn’t, handle. At least for now.
• Forecast like an analyst. Use your analytical thinking and AI fluency to build talent forecasts that inform the business.
• Drive operational excellence. Build efficient, AI-powered recruiting systems. Know the data, unblock your team, communicate effectively, and ship like we needed it yesterday.

Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 - 250,000 plus equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
