Qualifications

• Two years experience as a Table Games Manager in a high volume casino environment.
• Must have knowledge of Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps and Poker.
• Experience with card counting systems.
• Experience in budget and planning processes.
• Ability to work varied shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of table games, including training, counseling and supervision of team members.
• Directly responsible for all point adjustments, PGCB notifications and player tournaments.
• Oversees the casino floor including table games and poker and manages departmental reporting.
• Works with Table Games Manager and Shift Managers on scheduling, attendance, and documentation.
