Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a Table Games Manager in a high-volume casino.
• Knowledge of Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps and Poker.
• Experience with card counting systems and budget planning.
• Ability to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of table games including training and supervision.
• Directly responsible for all point adjustments, PGCB notifications and tournaments.
• Oversees the casino floor including table games and poker.
• Responsible for budgeting, dealers school, handbooks and reporting.
• Schedules with Table Games Manager and Shift Managers on scheduling, discipline and attendance.
• Enforces PGCB rules and regulations.
• Promotes guest service and team morale.
• Fosters a supportive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
