• Strong ability to lead planning initiatives, capital program integration, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with total cost of ownership, procurement, and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and coordination of agency planning initiatives (System Investment Master Plan, RFMP, ConOps).
• Provides operational strategy and guidance for corridor studies and long‑range planning.
• Oversees cross-functional coordination across Operations, Capital Delivery, and partner departments.
