The role focuses on turning mission into execution, maintaining safety, and driving continuous improvement across complex, high-volume settings. The candidate will oversee operational plans, collaborate with senior leadership, and coach managers to deliver reliable, cost-effective performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years leading multi-site or multi-division operations in waste/recycling or related fields.
• Experience supervising managers and ensuring accountability for results.
• Comfort working with operational data and performance metrics.
• Experience with DOT/OSHA or similar regulations.
• Ability to operate in both office and field settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-divisional operational plans with senior leadership.
• Support division managers to meet safety, productivity, and quality goals.
• Track KPIs and address gaps with practical actions.
• Drive improvements to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Develop and coach managers to enhance team performance.
