The Spring Of Tampa Bay Inc is seeking a seasoned program administrator to lead outreach services for Tampa and surrounding communities. The role focuses on empowering survivors, managing multi-program initiatives, and maintaining excellent community relations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating program development and evaluation efforts. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and 5+ years in human service administration preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with extensive applicable experience may be considered with relevant track record.
• Program management and supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee participant services in line with organizational policies, contracts, funders and laws.
• Manage outreach programs and ensure targets are met for direct-service initiatives.
• Supervise Outreach Advocates, Hotline, Reception, Interns and Volunteers.
• Oversee and coordinate outreach office space, scheduling, and IT/maintenance needs.
• Lead Outreach Team and participate in required agency meetings.
• Develop internship programs with universities and supervise student interns.
