Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field required; Masters a plus.
• 7+ years direct experience serving Veterans or individuals experiencing homelessness.
• 3-5 years’ experience with staff supervision and multisite program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and programmatic leadership to programs and teams, ensuring effective and quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with the Chief Programs Officer to maximize synergy across programs and administrative teams.
• Oversee budget alignment and program goal achievement.
