Job summary

Würth MRO, Safety, & Metalworking seeks a Supply Chain Safety Director to implement and monitor safety programs across warehouses, transportation, and distribution centers in the United States. You will ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, supply chain, or related field.
• 5–7 years of safety experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices.
• Experience leading audits, trainings, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive safety programs across warehouses, production sites, and distribution centers.
• Lead safety audits, investigations, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate OSHA reporting and regulatory compliance across locations.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills for all sites.
• Deliver safety training and hazard recognition programs to employees at all levels.
• Collaborate with HR to manage workers' compensation claims and follow-up actions.
