Responsibilities

Provide individual and small group tutoring sessions to facilitate mastery of concepts.
Act as a coach/mentor to help students become independent learners.
Integrate effective study strategies to maximize academic progress.
Assist students with the use of institutional and instructional technology.
Contribute to the development and delivery of tutor training and workshops.
Create supplemental materials for staff and students, such as handouts and study guides.
Attend staff meetings and help sustain daily operations.
Keep current on best practices and research in tutoring.
