Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an Executive Director to lead a student housing community across multiple locations. The role focuses on operations, leasing initiatives, CapEx projects, and staff management to achieve financial targets and high service standards.

You will recruit and develop on-site teams, oversee budgeting, rent collections and marketing plans while ensuring adherence to policies and effective communication with residents and stakeholders.

• Oversee recruitment, training, motivation and development of on-site staff
• Direct purchasing to follow guidelines
• Ensure leasing team meets high standards
• Manage resident retention and service requests
• Lead lease renewals and marketing plans
• Monitor preventative maintenance and safety practices
• Analyze market trends to improve leasing performance
• Prepare and present operational and financial data to Regional Manager
• Monitor income, delinquencies, and rent collections
• Conduct weekly team meetings and staff evaluations
