The College of St. Scholastica is seeking an executive leader to oversee Financial Aid and Student Accounts, aligning aid programs with enrollment and affordability goals.

You’ll direct billing operations, refunds, and accounts management while guiding strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with Admissions, Registrar, Finance, IT, and academic leadership to ensure data integrity, enhance processes, and support student success through accurate awards, billing projections, and compliant

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Higher Education Administration, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of direct supervisory experience leading professional teams and driving process improvement.
• Experience managing student information systems (SIS), database packaging, financial reporting, and/or data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction for Financial Aid and Student Accounts aligned with enrollment goals.
• Lead billing, refunds, and accounts, and oversee revenue strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Title IV, MOHE, FERPA, and related reporting.
• Oversee data integrity, cross-department collaboration, and process improvement.
