UEI College is seeking a Director of Student Finance to provide vision, leadership, and direction for the campus Student Financial Services Department. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and institutional regulations and oversees timely disbursement of student financial aid.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a financial aid department with Title IV responsibilities, plus 3+ years of management experience and strong budgeting skills within higher education.

• Directly or indirectly leads 1-5 employees in the Student Financial Services Department.

• Administers the Title IV program and ensures compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and institutional guidelines.
• Oversees accurate and timely disbursement of student financial aid.
• Monitors student financial assistance processes and ensures proper packaging and disbursement of funds.
• Coordinates training and development of department staff and manages department budget.
