Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent combination will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Advise students one-on-one and in groups on majors, career planning, resumes, interview skills and grad school prep.
• Collaborate with Student Success Center staff to provide major/career advising to incoming students.
• Interpret career assessment results and facilitate sessions for new students.
• Provide expertise on career tools and resources (VitaNavis, Handshake, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create marketing materials and promote to students, alumni and faculty/staff.
• Develop, coordinate and implement career readiness events (e.g., Mock Interviews, etiquette dinners).
• Collect and analyze recruiting and outcome data, including Graduate Placement Survey.
