Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent experience with homeless populations.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Three years of homeless services experience required.
• Supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision of the Street Outreach team and related programs.
• Oversee outreach schedules and engagement with unsheltered individuals.
• Coordinate with partner agencies and departments to improve housing outcomes.
• Advocate for clients to access benefits, housing, and services.
• Maintain HMIS records and generate reporting as needed.
• Develop and implement programs aligned with Housing First and Rapid Re-Housing principles.
