Ford seeks a Senior Staff Business Architect to lead enterprise-wide transformation programs that build critical business capabilities in support of electrification objectives. You’ll own a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives and grow a team of architects to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

In this hybrid role, you’ll define future-state operating models, roadmaps, and governance, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain, and external partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in engineering, business, or related field.
• 7+ years leading transformation, architecture, or management consulting initiatives.
• Experience delivering large cross-functional programs with enterprise outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise transformation strategies aligned with Ford's electrification priorities.
• Own a portfolio of cross-functional programs from discovery to sustainment.
• Establish transformation roadmaps spanning people, processes, data, and technology.
• Design current- and future-state operating models and governance structures.
• Lead a high-performing team of business architects and set discipline standards.
• Influence executives, align priorities, and manage risks and trade-offs.
