We are seeking a Director of Strategy for one of our clients, remotely from the United States.

As a Director of Strategy, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and impact. Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will oversee the creation of multi-year strategic plans, ensuring alignment with long-term goals. Your work will involve analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, identifying key insights, and translating them into actionable strategies. You will play a crucial role in shaping new business opportunities, facilitating high-level decision-making, and optimizing processes to enhance overall effectiveness. Accountabilities

• Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead annual strategic planning and goal-setting processes to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Experience with sales, partnerships, or go-to-market strategy is a plus.
