This leadership role involves leading marketing research efforts, providing strategic insights, and mentoring junior marketers. The role requires collaboration across departments and a strong analytical background.

Responsibilities

  1. Competitive Intelligence: Lead research to monitor marketplace dynamics and trends.
  2. Campaign Strategy: Develop data-backed marketing briefs based on market and user insights.
  3. Impact Measurement: Establish frameworks to evaluate ROI of marketing initiatives.
  4. Customer Insight: Analyze buyer and end-user needs to identify growth opportunities and advocate for the user.
  5. Persona Development: Create detailed B2B user and buyer personas.
  6. Cross-functional Leadership: Share insights across teams, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering.
  7. Product Analytics: Use product data to understand behaviors, track KPIs, and influence development.
