Role Overview:

We’re looking for a strategic force to join as Senior Director, Media & AI Strategy — a cross-disciplinary leader who thrives at the intersection of media innovation, analytics, AI, and creative.

In this role, you will define and evolve adQuadrant’s paid media strategy across all channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Native, CTV, and more), champion a new measurement paradigm (MMM, GeoX, incrementality), and lead the integration of AI across our full-funnel operations. You will oversee a team of high-performance media strategists, buyers, and analytics partners and collaborate deeply with our creative and product functions to drive scalable, profitable client growth.

This role is for someone who wants to invent, not maintain. You'll be expected to lead with frameworks, build systems, pressure test assumptions, and operate with financial fluency across contribution margin, CAC payback, and marginal ROI.

What You’ll Do:

  • Architect the media strategy vision and operating model for a $XXXM+ portfolio of high-growth brands.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class team across media buying, planning, and analytics.
  • Build and implement AI-powered workflows in media decision-making, measurement, and creative iteration.
  • Own the development and evolution of media measurement systems (MMM, Geo testing, incrementality, causal lift).
  • Champion testing velocity and operational scalability through frameworks, process design, and automation.
  • Translate platform trends, consumer shifts, and financial signals into actionable performance strategy.
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategy leads to guide concepting and iteration using media + performance data.
  • Lead client conversations with authority, clarity, and a strong financial and strategic POV.
  • Cultivate and grow top-tier channel partnerships (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Represent adQuadrant externally via thought leadership — conferences, webinars, publications.
  • Manage team-level P&L and collaborate with leadership on broader business planning and forecasting.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have 10+ years in paid media, growth strategy, or performance marketing leadership roles (agency or brand).
  • Have deep experience scaling DTC brands and understand full-funnel economics, not just top-line metrics.
  • Are fluent in media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Native, CTV) and how they work together.
  • Have led high-performing paid search, paid social and lifecycle teams.
  • Understand and have led adoption of advanced measurement methodologies.
  • Think like a CFO, strategize like a CMO, and communicate like a founder.
  • Are energized by automation, experimentation, and building smarter systems with AI.
  • Have led or partnered with Creative Strategy and understand how to translate performance into storytelling.
  • Thrive in client-facing settings and can command a room with insight and clarity.
  • Know how to manage P&L, resource planning, and team development.
  • Want to help shape the future of modern performance marketing, not just optimize the current state.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with predictive modeling, marketing mix modeling, and/or media mix experimentation frameworks.
  • Past leadership in media/creative integration initiatives.
  • Hands-on exposure to GenAI applications in ad creative or performance optimization.
