Job summary

Kepler, a marketing strategy leader, seeks a Director of Strategy to guide client growth and strategic vision across four B2B lines. You’ll transition to portfolio oversight, diagnose performance trends, and align media capabilities with client goals while setting standards for client excellence and developing strategy talent.

You will build growth plans, co-author long-term strategies, and lead high-level client conversations, reporting to senior leadership in a global IAT environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of digital media experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing a multi-sector account with large-scale spend ($50M+)
• B2B Strategy: proven track record in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and B2B lead generation media campaign strategies
• Growth Mindset: motivated by client partnerships, team mentoring, and strategic vision
• Channel Agnostic: holistic media understanding across Social, Programmatic, Search, Video, Audio, and Direct IO
• Strong Communicator: distill complex media strategies into clear growth narratives for C-suite executives

Responsibilities

• Design integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels
• Own senior client relationships and executive conversations
• Leverage Kip platform and testing frameworks to inform strategy
• Monitor contract deliverables, scope, and portfolio margins
• Coach and mentor team on strategic thinking and client management
