Job summary

Kepler is seeking a Director of Strategy to oversee client growth across four B2B lines, transitioning to portfolio-level oversight and diagnosing performance trends. You’ll guide senior executive relationships and align Kepler’s media capabilities with client goals.

You’ll co-author long-term growth plans, develop strategy talent, and mentor teams while ensuring exceptional client outcomes and cross-channel excellence across digital and traditional media.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of digital media experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing large multi-sector accounts with $50M+ spend.
• Proven ABM and B2B lead-gen track record.
• Channel-agnostic mastery across Social, Programmatic, Search, Video, Audio, and Direct IO.
• Strong ability to translate complex strategies for C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Design integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage senior client relationships and executive conversations.
• Leverage Kip platform and testing frameworks to inform decisions.
• Monitor contract deliverables and portfolio profitability.
• Coach and mentor associates and teams on strategic thinking.
