Kepler Group is seeking an experienced Director of Activation to lead media investment strategy and growth across client portfolios. You will bridge advanced media execution with ongoing business development and co-author long-term growth plans with Strategy counterparts.

You will translate activation capabilities into client recommendations, overseeing cross‑channel campaigns and shaping Kepler Intelligence Platform inputs to meet client needs.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years of digital media management experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing a multi-sector account with large spend.
• B2B & ABM account experience.
• Strong communication and analytical fluency.
• Channel-agnostic across Social, Programmatic, Search, Video, Audio, and Direct IO.

Aufgaben

• Act as cross-channel activation SME designing scalable media plans.
• Drive revenue growth through cross-channel expansion and audits.
• Lead strategy partnerships and deliver high-performing campaign architectures.
• Mentor activation teams during the first 90 days and establish best practices.
