Job summary

Kepler seeks a Director of Strategy to guide client growth across a portfolio of B2B brands. You will oversee senior executive relationships, diagnose performance trends, and align media capabilities with client goals.

Transitioning to portfolio-level oversight, you will co-author long-term growth plans and develop strategy talent inside your team. In this role, you’ll design cross-channel media plans, drive testing frameworks, and mentor Associate Directors and staff.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of digital media experience with 3+ years in leadership overseeing multi-sector accounts with large-scale spend ($50M+).
• Proven track record in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and B2B lead generation media campaigns.
• Growth mindset with ability to mentor teams and shape strategic vision for clients.

Responsibilities

• Design integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels and connect tactics to KPIs.
• Manage senior client relationships and serve as main contact for executive conversations and escalations.
• Leverage Kip platform and testing frameworks to inform strategic decisions and drive AI tool adoption.
