Responsibilities

• Manage grievances and labor disputes, identify labor risks, and support compliance with applicable requirements.
• Collaborate with construction and workforce leadership on practical labor solutions that support project delivery.
• Build and lead the regional labor relations team, recruit and develop talent, and mentor labor relations managers to strengthen long‑term capability.
