Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring/termination decisions, coaching, rewards, performance management and staff development.
• Design and manage the enterprise strategic planning process.
• Define strategic objectives and long-range goals.
• Align strategy and execution across business units.
• Oversee funding processes, strategic portfolios, and technology-enabled transformations.
• Develop and lead governance and management of processes within a matrixed organization; prepare executive materials.
• Ensure workload balance across the team and monitor key metrics.
• Provide reporting and analysis to executive steering committee; manage escalations and stakeholder meetings.
