Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty seeks a senior leader to own breakthrough partnership strategy, driving brand love and business growth.

You will lead end-to-end collaborations, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and go-to-market, while guiding cross-functional teams across Brand, Creative, Product Development, Digital, PR and more. You will build trusted external partnerships, expand networks in media and culture, and turn insights into bold, culturally relevant campaigns that elevate the elf brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; MBA a plus.
• 8+ years in brand marketing, partnerships or integrated marketing.
• Proven track record from concept through launch.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong creative marketing instincts with breakthrough campaigns.
• Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Deep cultural fluency with social, entertainment and creator trends.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead breakthrough partnership strategy and end-to-end execution.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Brand, Creative, Product Development, Digital, PR, Social, Operations.
• Create alignment, navigate roadblocks and influence senior leadership.
