Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Director of Influencer and Creator Marketing to shape and execute a comprehensive influencer strategy for e.l.f. Cosmetics and Skin.

You will lead a dedicated team, forging strong relationships with influencers and creators to dramatically extend brand reach and drive earned media value. You will work with PR, eCommerce, and retail teams to launch campaigns, optimize content across social channels, and grow an affiliate program.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• 6–8 years in digitally native, social-first brands.
• Proven success in scaling social platforms and influencer collaborations.
• Creative and strategic vision for integrated campaigns.
• Trend-aware and able to spot new channels.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Passion for beauty and knowledge of trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and implement an influencer and creator marketing strategy across all digital platforms.
• Directly oversee and manage influencer and creator marketing teams across regions.
• Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns with content, UGC, PR, and paid media.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers and creators to boost reach and EMV.
• Oversee content integration and alignment with brand strategy across platforms.
• Set revenue targets and monitor EMV, affiliate growth, and campaign metrics.
• Manage budget and report on budget performance.
