- Five years of progressively responsible fundraising experience with demonstrated success in major gifts and multi-year campaigns.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and understanding of diverse student, faculty, and staff backgrounds.

- Lead strategic fundraising plans, including multi-year campaigns and major donor initiatives.
- Manage high-value donor relationships, proposals, and solicitations for commitments.
- Collaborate with district leadership, colleges, and volunteers to drive fundraising results and compliance.
